WI Judge Rules Federal Voter Form Not Approved, Illegal to Use

Waukesha County Circuit Judge Michael Maxwell ruled that the WEC never authorized the federal form and never promulgated any administrative rules governing its use nor could attorneys produce any credible evidence on when, where or how the form was approved.
