Video Shows Man Cutting Fencing on J6 As Cop Talks to Him

Though video released clearly shows a man cutting down the fenced in area marked "restricted" , the FBI have not asked for help in locating him nor is he being investigated despite his close proximity to Ray Epps and a police officer talking to him on the scene as he cuts the fencing.
