TX Senate Adds "Grandfather Clause" To Gender Mutilation Bill

Before the senate passed Senate Bill 14, Sen Campbell added a "grandfather clause" so that those kids currently taking puberty blockers or scheduled from surgery by June 3, would be exempt from the ban.
