TX House Passes SB14 to Ban Gender Modification for Children

With a vote of 92 to 48, after days of stalling techniques by House Dems and outmanuevering House Speaker Phalan, SB14 has passed the House. It will need to go back to the Senate for final approval, and Gov Abbott is expected to sign the bill which bans gender modification surgery for minors into law.
