Sen Vance: Ukraine Funding Bill is "Anti-Democratic"

The Senate passed the bill 70-29 and Sen. Vance laid out the case that the bill also funds Ukraine in 2025 and 2026 tying the hands of a new president if elected 2024 aside from massive amounts of money being sent oversees and none for border security in the United States.
