As Dem Senator Durbin discussed issuing subpoenas only to SCOTUS Thomas and Alito, Sen. Blackburn began inquiries into Epstein's flight logs and SCOTUS Sotomayor's staff forcing universities to buy the justice's books. Sen. Durbin has since noted the senate is "out of time" to issue subpoenas and will take it up at a later date not specified.
