Parents Loose Custody of Daughter, Medical Kidnapping to Another State
Krista and Todd Kolstad of Glasgow, Montana had their parental rights terminated and their fourteen year old child taken from them, put in a care facility in Wyoming and are now suing the state for medical kidnapping among other claims.
