North Dakota: Proposed Oil Leasing Rules Would Hurt U.S.

North Dakota officials have stated that the Bureau of Land Management is recommending an increase in the minimum bid amount to lease public lands from $2 to $10 would hurt the United States economy and discourage drilling..
