NJ Gym Owner's COVID Charges Dismissed by Court

Ian Smith and Frank Trumbetti defied the Garden State’s COVID-19 regulations and kept their gym open which resulted in arrests, fines over $165,000, and threates of prison. To date, all charges-over 80-have been dimsissed by the court.
