Justice's Rule on J6 Case

SCOTUS ruled J6 defendants cannot be charged with with obstruction of an official proceeding, narrowing its application only to evidence tampering, such as destruction of records or documents, in official proceedings. Justice Amy Connant Barrett dissented and Jackson sided with the majority.
