House Bill 4129 Would Ban Minors Attending Drag Shows in TX

Rep. Slaton has proposed a bill that would ban minors from attending performances considered erotic, which would include drag shows. The bill was filed in the wake of an ongoing investigation involving a Plano bar which hosted a drag show where minors were in attendance.
