Harris County to Begin Guaranteed Basic Income Pilot Program Jan 12
Harris County will begin a Guaranteed Universal Income pilot program January 12 where recipients will $500 a month in qualified zip codes. The plan is to gather private funds to offer the same amount to illegal aliens.
