Gov Youngkin Rescinds Dem Plan on Felon Voting, Sights VA Constitution

Gov Youngkin rescinded a Dem lead initiative, brought under the previous Dem governor, that allowed felons to vote in every election. Citing the VA Constitution, the governor has placed that decision on a case by case as the Constituion of Virginia states.
