FBI, CDC Did not Follow-Up On CCP Lab in CA

After a Chinese lab was discovered by local police in Fresno County California the FBI and CDC were notified. Those agencies closed the case, but foruntately the local police continued their investigation and found multiple violations and direct ties to the CCP.
