Dem Rep Suggests Ranchers Pay Atty Fees for Damage to Property Made by Illegal Aliens

TX Congress is considering grants to help farmers with the damage caused by the influx of illegal aliens crossing the border. Rep Smith noted that some ranchers have repaired their fences 50 times this year stating " A lot of times, they drive through fences, kill cattle [and] livestock, and things of that nature.”
