Amazon shuts down customer’s smart home devices after delivery driver’s false racism claim
When Brandon Jackson came home he realized his smart devices, and Amazon's "Alexa" were not responding. He found out they had been cut off due to a report by an Amazon delivery driver that the Jackson's were "racists".
