UN Proposes Minors Can Consent to Sex

The UN has declared that children can consent to sex “in fact, if not in law” was written by the International Commission of Jurists and the United Nations Programme on HIV and AIDS (UNAIDS). The UN receives $12 billion a year from the United States.
