In light of the train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, investigations into causes for the tragedy has many news outlets, including CNN blaming Pres. Trump for rolling back a regulation for pneumatic brakes on certain freight cars. However, the National Transportation Safety Board chairwoman said that's not the case.
